Het gaat om de volgende activiteiten:

"The key activities related to Output 1 with RRA as a primary direct beneficiary are:

• Property tax reform:
• Identification of specific systems requirements for the application of a Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal (CAMA) system to assist in property valuation in Rwanda
• Development and pilot testing of CAMA in one district of the City of Kigali.
• Provide required technical support to ensure accurate, complete and timely land transaction data from Land Administration Information System (LAIS) to LGT system for property taxation purposes.
• Capacity building of relevant Rwandan officials on the application of CAMA
• Organize a study tour for relevant Rwandan officials on use of CAMA to learn from experience of other countries with comparable experience
• Development and implementation of a taxpayer education campaign on the requirements of registration and conditions for tax declaration and payment.
• Development of taxpayer education materials to inform citizens of their rights, obligations, mechanisms for tax declaration and benefits of property tax payment.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive and customized training materials for district councilors, district Tax Advisory Council Members, faith based organizations and civil society organizations respectively with more focus on property taxation in Rwanda."
